So It was so great to be there and help my Chef/Owner Bart Vandaele with this night. He really created some great dishes that were all paired with beer instead of wine.

So these pictures i took like a month ago for a James Beard diner event that my Boss form Belga Cafe got invited to cook for. If you know anything about the culinary world you should know that being invited to cook at the James Beard house is a very big honor its like the Emmey's for cooking. So here are some of the things that was being prepared for this night. It was fun shooting all the food because its something i haven't done alot of. But i'm going be doing alot more soon hopefully.
